The following are requirements for membership in the Riley Conservation Club: Members must have taken and passed an approved Hunter Safety course administered by any state's Department of Natural Resources or have taken and passed the Riley Conservation Club safety exam. New members must pass a hands-on safety inspection of firearms handling by no less than two (2) Riley Conservation Club approved safety committee members. Payment of annual dues in the amount $70.00 for members under the age of 60 years or $35.00 for members 60 years of age or older.

Gate / lock procedure: When you visit the club you will notice that there are two padlocks that lock the gate. The MEMBERS LOCK loops through the hasp on the east post and the JAMAX (our trash service) LOCK. The JAMAX LOCK connects to the MEMBERS LOCK and to the short chain on the gate. Maintaining this configuration insures that both members and our trash service have access to the club when needed.
